Start of Meeting :

With all the efforts and understandings, proposals, quotations and tenders and all the efforts took by the business development team, finally it comes a day of work award. With the award of work, here it comes the responsibility of the projects team to execute the work and accountability of the Business Development team to handover all the data and project details they have, handed over to projects team.

Mobilisation :

With the start of the project, it is needed to carry out some activities such as Engineering Survey, Soil Investigation Activities etc to gather some important data and records that becomes useful for the study and preparation of reports. For such activities, we need to mobilise the required equipment and respective team so that they can conduct the required activities and send the acquired data to the team of experts.

Topographical survey :

The study of the greenfield/ brownfield land, with the use of new and latest state of the art technologies for studying the contours and levels of the land, demarcation of existing infrastructures and provision of survey drawings showing all marked utilities based on the study conducted. We at Suncon Engineers, perform survey using Total Stations, DGPS, LiDAR survey using Drones, Pavement Survey using Network Survey Vehicle.

Soil Investigation/ Geotech :

For a structure, to stand on its own and to withstand at all circumstances, it requires stability and strength from the earth’s surface. For that, it is needed initially to study the strata of the ground on which the structure needed to be erected. The Soil Investigation activities, helps us in studying the strata below the ground and collecting samples and after testing them in the laboratory we get some results, on the basis of that we will get to know the strength of the soil/ ground.

Interim Report :

Interim reports are reports presenting the interim, preliminary, or initial evaluation findings. They are scheduled according to the specific needs of your evaluation users, often halfway through the execution of a project. Suncon Engineers, while undergoing a project for DPR Preparation, follows a mid-project-step of submitting interim reports to clients on the findings obtained from the survey studies, Soil Investigation, Socio-Economic Survey, Population Forecasting, Water Sample Testing studies and a lot more.

Designs :

On the basis of the project path and sector, Suncon Engineers Pvt Ltd, has in-house team of designers who are expert in designing for Pavements for Roads, Highways, Bridges & Runways; Hydraulic designs which comprises of Storm Water Drain Designs, Sewerage Designs & Water Supply Designs; designing for Urban & Industrial Infrastructure such as residential, non-residential, commercial complexes, parks, rejuvenation of water bodies, stadiums, multi-level car parking, industrial sheds, industrial complexes and a lot more.

Detailed cost estimation :

On the basis of detailed designing of the project, cost estimation is the further process that undergoes in the pipeline. The cost estimates are done by the expert panel having more than 30 years of experience in the respective field. By following all the government sanctioned schedules and rates, a detailed cost estimation is done which becomes widely helpful for determining the project cost and getting grants from the respective departments.

Detailed Designed Drawings :

Detail design drawings, provides a detailed description of the geometric form of a part of an object such as a building, bridge, tunnel, machine, plant, and so on. They tend to be large-scale drawings that show in detail parts that may be included in less detail on general arrangement drawings. Suncon Engineers here, with the use of all the state-of-art software bears the credibility for creation of detailed designed drawings.

Environmental & Social Reports :

On the announcement and with the development of project, it is sure that it is going to affect the environment and social life on the site and surrounding areas. Hence, it is taken as a precautionary measure to conduct the environmental and social studies to understand the impact there will be on these factors. On the basis of this study and the findings from it, a detailed environmental & social impact assessment report is prepared

Draft Detailed Project Report :

On the basis of all the studies, findings designs & estimations, a draft DPR is prepared by the Suncon Team, and further checked and reviewed by the team of experts. This draft report, is sent to the client for their review. On the basis of their review, clients suggest or asks for some corrections/ modifications they need. Suncon Engineers, here compiles all the recommendations and comments and proceed further.

Tender Document :

With the completion of the Detailed Project Report preparation, sometimes support for tender document preparation is required by the client. The Suncon Engineers team here in these terms helps the client in preparation of tender document with all the required specifications and terms and conditions as defined by the client.

Final DPR :

The Final Detailed Project report is submitted to the client, after adjusting all the corrections and changes/ modifications requested/ suggested by clients. This DPR is further submitted by the client for further approvals and grants.
